Unfortunately, once a release has been deleted, there is no way to reverse or cancel that deletion at this time.
In the future if you would be interested in restoring releases it is better to choose "Remove from streaming services," instead of deleting the release entirely. Removing from streaming services will keep the release as a draft if needed, but will still take the release off of streaming platforms.
