When prompted, the artist must verify their identity by contacting eMastered directly using the following method:
You can submit a photo to help@emastered.com of your driver’s license or passport (with sensitive information like address hidden) along with the release name or UPC.
If the stage name differs from the legal name on the ID, include a link that shows how the two names are connected, such as a profile or official website.
