Who Isn't Allowed to License Your Music or Use It in Certain Videos

Certain users and video types are not allowed to purchase licenses via YouTube Creator Music. 

Commercial brands like Tesla, Peloton, Ubisoft, and companies that create content for theaters, streaming platforms, or TV (such as Netflix or Disney) are restricted from accessing these licenses. 

Ineligible videos include: 

(1) Sponsored content primarily promoting a brand or service, 

(2) Remixes or altered versions of your song, 

(3) Videos that use your name/image beyond crediting you as the artist, 

(4) Lyric videos or those that only show a static image while your song plays, and 

(5) Any content that could be seen as offensive or degrading toward you as the musician.
