To check how many times your tracks have been streamed or downloaded, log into your eMastered account and go to the eMastered earnings tab by clicking "Earnings," in the distribution section of your account. Then click the "View Comprehensive Details" button.
The platforms that report download numbers include: Apple Music, Amazon (Webstore purchases), MediaNet, and TIDAL Downloads.
Exporting a Streaming/Sales Report
If you'd like to download a spreadsheet of your detailed earnings, click the download icon in the top right of the detailed earnings page. This will take you to a page to access the .csv file.
For under 50,000 entries, the file downloads instantly. For over 50,000 entries, you'll be prompted to apply filters such as date ranges, store, artist, release, or withdrawals before generating the report.
After setting your filters, click "Download" to start the generation process. When it’s ready, you’ll receive an email with a link to your reports page, where you can download the file.
Keep in mind: reports are only accessible for 7 days after generation. If you miss that window, you’ll need to generate a new one.
