If your single or album has reached over 500,000 units (Gold) or 1,000,000 units (Platinum) in U.S. sales or equivalent streams, you may be eligible for an official RIAA plaque.
Let us know, and we’ll verify your data and coordinate with the RIAA for certification.
For streaming to count toward certification, the RIAA uses the following metrics: 150 streams of a single or 1,500 streams of an album equal one unit.

Once certified, you can choose who will receive plaques—this often includes team members such as your lawyer, manager, label, recording studio, distributor, and all the artists and creatives who contributed to the release.
Each plaque involves a cost. You may cover the cost yourself, let others pay for their own plaques, or do a combination of both.
