eMastered processes withdrawal requests twice weekly, and it may take up to 14 days for funds to arrive in your chosen payout account.
To monitor your withdrawal status, log into your eMastered account and check the earnings tab. Your earnings page will indicate whether a withdrawal is pending or completed.
If it’s marked completed but you haven’t received it, your bank may have rejected the transaction.
Checking Withdrawal Status
Go to your Earnings tab in your distribution section of the account page to view pending withdrawals. These are shown in a gray box displaying how long it’s been since the request. If delays are excessive, you’ll find a support link there.
Completed withdrawals appear under “See All Withdrawals.” You’ll also receive an email notification from Tipalti, the payout processor, sent to the email you've chosen to receive notifications.
After the withdrawal is completed, you can follow up with your bank to verify receipt.
What if the Bank Rejected It?
If you haven’t received your funds 14 days after the withdrawal was marked complete, check “See All Withdrawals.” A missing deposit may indicate your bank rejected the payment.
If so, eMastered will email you. The rejected payment will be returned to your eMastered Bank (minus any fees) within a few weeks. Then you can update your payout settings by clicking the "Withdraw Earnings," button once again and adjusting them through the Tipalti portal.
