If you notice a recent charge from eMastered and want to understand it, it's most likely for your yearly subscription or a renewal of optional Release Extras you agreed to when uploading your music.
To see a breakdown of your charges, click the "Billing," section of your account page, and scroll down to the "Receipts," section:
