The renewal date for your eMastered subscription is based on the original date you signed up and paid. Subscriptions, including the main eMastered plan and any Release Extras, will renew automatically on that anniversary each year.
To find your original signup or opt-in date, go to the "Billings," tab of your eMastered account page and scroll down to the "Receipts," section:
The first date listed next to a subscription charge reflects your signup date.
Renewal charges are billed automatically to the credit card saved to your account, so be sure your card info is current.
You can update your card by selecting “Credit Card” under your profile icon or by visiting https://emastered.com/account/billing.
