I referred a friend to purchase eMastered, why didn't I get a gift card reward?

If you think someone purchased an eMastered subscription using your referral code definitely check your email.

 

Our system will automatically send you an email to your eMastered account's email address, letting you know someone used your code.

 

You'll then get a second email saying our team has approved or denied the referral within 30 days of purchase, and if approved the gift card will be emailed to that same email address almost immediately. 

 

If you aren't able to find any such emails, be sure to check your spam folder and feel free to reach out to help@emastered.com as well to have us help determine what occurred. 

 

Additionally, make sure your referred user actually visited our site with your referral code instead of our normal homepage. They must make the purchase through your referral URL to have the referral activate.
