eMastered has a 14-day refund policy. To be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased your paid plan in the last 14 days and downloaded fewer than four songs.
Using our admin panel, we can keep tabs on how much you've used the platform, so if your refund request is denied, it is because it either a) was purchased more than 14 days ago or b) you've downloaded more than three songs since signing up.
